December 15, 2009   Payroll tax deposit is due for the month of July payroll. Be sure to pay online early or bring in your coupon to the bank by 3:00 PM. Avoid being late as the penalties are stiff.
December 24-25, 2009   Flavin & Associates, Inc. will be closed for the Christmas Holiday. We wish you all a joyous and safe holiday. Remember to spend lots of time with family and friends.  
December 31 , 2009 Flavin & Associates, Inc will be closed for the New Years Holiday. Please remember to be safe during this celebration time. This is the end of the calendar year 2009 and the end of the end of the 4th Quarter. Now is the time to start planning for year end payroll. Also, make sure you have all the information ncessary for 1099-MISC information return processing. And one final note, also be sure to start planning for tax season by gathering and organizing your information.
